What gear do I need for Chair Yoga Class with Gail?

The bare bones minimum, of course is you and a chair.
- But maybe you also have a strap, tie, belt, dog’s leash or long scarf!
- Light weights – 1, 2 or 3 lbs would be great to have on hand, when we do the cardio fitness part of class!
- Sometimes a towel to dry off, or a bigger towel for cushion on the chair
- A water bottle for sipping during class works too!

You can do Parts 1 & 3 together for a complete yoga practice.
Part 2 is your seated cardio fitness part. Most times we also use light hand weights in class, but again, that is totally option.
