Here we go again! Starting back up our Chair Yoga Fitness class at Wesley UMC, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Tx. 10 AM on Thursdays. Held in the foyer of the church. Some chair yoga, some seated cardio fitness, some balance and strength standing behind on seated on the chair, some meditation. A bit of everything!
