Thank you! It’s great for office workers too! It’s one of my favorite classes to teach, one of the reasons being, you can do this type of yoga in one’s street clothes!
I believe with the current Pandemic yoga is an excellent way to relieve stress and help you relax. for those people that are unable to perform yoga on the floor, chair yoga is a fantastic alternative.
My wife and kids have started doing a bit of yoga at home.
